SALT IN THE MIX

Kalmatron® KF-SEA is a product that is used for remote locations that want to utilize the water from the sea, or the sand from the beach instead of spending excessive amounts of money on having the “clean” ingredients shipped to a remote location. KF-SEA neutralizes the natural salt, or inorganic materials, that contaminate the sea-water and sand so that they can now be used in the concrete. If you purposefully add salt to your water for the concrete mix because you do not want the water to freeze, then KF-SEA will help the resulting concrete to be waterproof, have outstanding adhesion, reduce shrinkage by 2-3 times, have no cracks, flakes, efflorescence, dusty spots, or slide areas, and have an early strength increased by 25%. When KF-SEA is added, you no longer need Fly Ash, Silica Fume, Fiber/Metal Mesh, Water Reducers, Plasticizers, Strength Accelerators, Accelerators, Retarders, etc. KF-SEA provides it all by itself.
