KALMATRON® IMPROVES THE STRUCTURE OF CONCRETE

There is a product being produced in the United States that has greatly impacted the international concrete building industry.  It is called Kalmatron®.  Kalmatron® is a composition that changes the very structure of concrete.  Kalmatron® is a chemically balanced inorganic cementitious compound which waterproofs and modifies cement to improve its undeveloped features for use in building materials.  It is patented in the U.S. and internationally.  It is the solution that Engineers, General Contractors, Highway Contractors, Bridge Builders, Marine Project Contractors, Waste Water Canalization Builders, Tunnel and Dam Builders and other construction companies have only envisioned until now.

INTERNATIONAL RECOGNITION

Throughout the world, the concrete repair industry utilizes many chemical products and new technologies to repair concrete building structures.  Most of these technologies were created for use on new, clean and dry concrete structures.

However, older structures require sophisticated preparation of surfaces.  All contaminated material must be removed with acid or alkali washes and dried.  Adherence to stringent standards is critical for successful implementation.  For many compositions, the most acceptable method is a sprayed application.  The field of application and the marketing of such compositions is narrow and unapproachable when it comes to the repair of aged and contaminated structures where spray application is not practical, such as garage floors.

Kalmatron®'s main distinction from other products is the improvement of undeveloped features of concrete by changing the gel-crystalline ratio in the cement structure.  The significance of this is the immediate change of concrete characteristics by increasing flexible density.  It provides higher concrete durability than the standard repair period.
