Light-gray powder. After mixing with water, becomes a solid rock, light-gray in color.
This tunnel in Sankt-Petersburg, Russia, runs under a channel and has unstoppable leaks. Crystallized intrusions of rebar rust and waterborne minerals are visible in the cracks and seams.
