DESCRIPTION OF KF-F
Light-gray power; after mixing with water, it becomes a light-gray solid.
USES OF KF-F

Isolation against most technical liquids from both positive and negative sides.

Superficial strengthening of cracked concrete under mechanical stress.
PREPARATION OF KF-F

Add three parts of KF-F to one part water (do not add any more!) and mix to desired consistency.

Mix only as much product as can be used within a 45 minute period.
PREPARATION OF SURFACE

Wash the surface to clear off all easily removable foreign materials.

Above all, the surface must be wet.
APPLICATION
Apply the mixture of KF-F using a spray gun for plastering jobs or with a brush on the wet surface of concrete in a layer of 1mm to 2mm with consumption of 1.16 kg/m˛ (0.24 lb/ft˛).
VARIOUS METHODS OF APPLICATION

The most popular method of application is with a spray stucco gun. This allows KF-F to be applied with colored additives, such as KF-D, which creates a waterproof structure with color stability.

For some structures, it is also acceptable to apply KF-F with a brush, roller or even pureeing on horizontal surfaces or into deep cracks.

The adjustment of the setting time, density and thickness of the layer is available by changing the water and KF-F ratio.

The variable range of water and KF-F ratio is from 0.85:3 to 1.25:3.
CURING
Wet the coated surface with water 12 hours after spraying.

Impermeability with KF-F Spray of 2mm
The water resistance of concrete samples sprayed with KF-F is comparison with control samples. The test procedure was provided by changing water pressure per 2 ATM with a hydraulic pump very 12 hours without interruption.
